This underrated pocket of Cincinnati borders Norwood, Golf Manor, Oakley, Amberley, and Kennedy Heights, and is home to nearly 35,000 individuals. It is a historical business district inhabited by many longstanding, independent establishments. A local tells me that their community is very tight-knit and happily supports its local businesses. Additionally, PR has a very notable Facebook group, which you’re only able to join after your residency has been verified–the group offers support and allows locals to ask for recommendations on everything from roofers to real estate agents, and from dog sitters to babysitters.
