The community of O’Bryonville was founded in the 1830s after an Irish family – the O’Bryons – purchased 72 acres of land, and other Irish families began to follow. The convergence of Grandin Road, Torrence Parkway, and Madison Road marks the center of the community. O’Bryonville is between Hyde Park and East Walnut Hills, and is only a short drive to the river. Take a walk down Madison Road and you’ll get a glimpse of everything that O’Bryonville has to offer.
